This Ottoman-style mansion has had its original structure restored by a team of Turkish architects and European interior designers. Completed in 1995, this hotel is a masterwork of sensitivity in historic preservation. It features wooden arches, carved ceilings, antique fireplaces, handmade doors, wardrobes and massive fortress-like doors rescued from the original structures.

This residence was originally built for wealthy merchants to receive their visitors, and a feeling of wonder and privilege is what seduces guests today. The hotel has a lovely garden, historical well and two courtyards (one with a pool). This unique setting gives the Sultan's Palace a romantic feel.

The hotel offers a variety of restaurants and bars serving à la carte menus, Ottoman,Turkish and French cuisine is served, as well as international cuisine.

The Mahsen Restaurant offers a carefully selected open buffet menu consisting of dishes both from Turkey and from international cuisines alongside an à la carte menu. In the Alp Pasa Cafe, you can enjoy delicious snacks and fantastic Italian dishes.

All rooms offer the comfort of a modern hotel with private bathroom and air conditioning. Each room is unique because of original details and proportions, decorations, fabrics and colors. All of the rooms are decorated in an old Ottoman style. Most rooms have a jacuzzi. One of the suites has an authentic ornamental fireplace. There is a fabulous honeymoon suite and a special family room.
